A family of three, a woman, a man, and a young girl, sitting on the ground under a tree in a park, smiling and enjoying each other's company. The scene is during autumn with fallen leaves and warm sunlight.

When working with clients, I use a trauma-informed and person-centred approach and use gentle somatic-based therapeutic modalities. I aim to help clients make sense of their life stories and use elements from Attachment Theory, Mindful Self-compassion, and Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy.
